At Sluzarinwynriz, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our flowerbed and balcony design services. This Return Policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for design packages and consultations.

Design Services Refunds

Before Design Work Begins

If you wish to cancel your design package before we have begun working on your project:

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase
  • 90% refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • After 14 days, a 25% administrative fee may apply

After Design Work Has Started

Once our design team has begun working on your project:

  • Partial refunds may be available based on work completed
  • Any deliverables already provided remain yours to keep
  • We will provide a detailed breakdown of work completed upon request

Completed Projects

For completed design projects where all deliverables have been provided:

  • Refunds are generally not available for completed work
  • We offer revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement
  • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges

Consultation Cancellations

For scheduled design consultations:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling available
  • 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with a small fee
  • Less than 24 hours: No refund available, rescheduling subject to availability

On-site consultations cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your design:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your design
  • We will work with you to address your concerns
  • Additional revision rounds may be provided at our discretion
  • If we cannot resolve the issue, a partial refund may be considered

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  • Email us at request@sluzarinwynriz.world
  • Include your order number and reason for the request
  • We will respond within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
  • Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days
  • In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services rendered and accepted without complaint within the review period
  • Custom designs that have been fully completed and delivered
  • Consultations that have already taken place
  • Packages purchased during non-refundable promotional periods (clearly marked)
